Complex Weavers Silent Auction 2020 Donation Form
The Silent Auction held at each Complex Weavers Seminars is an important source of funding for the biannual Complexity Exhibit. Your donations help make this exhibit possible.

For Seminars 2020, the Silent Auction will be held Tuesday, July 21, from 7:30 pm-10 pm. You will be able to drop off your donated items during registration. If you are not attending, you may either send your donation with someone who is, or contact CWSeminars2020.auction@gmail.com to discuss shipping or delivery options.

So that we can plan for needed space and be as efficient at check in as possible, please fill out the following form for each of your donations and submit prior to the start of Seminars 2020. To submit additional donation items, click submit, then click "Submit Another Response."

After your form is processed, you will receive an email with a tag to print, fill out and deliver with your item to Seminars.
