To ensure competitions are fair, they are being split into two divisions- one for middle school and one for high school. Competitions are merit-based. Ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, physical appearance, etc. will not play a role in judging. The videos and photos must be uploaded to a file-sharing service of your choice, make them accessible. Be sure your sharing settings allow judges to view it.
