Harrison County Public Schools-Healthy at School Return from COVID-19 Parent/Guardian Survey
Parents/Guardians,
Harrison County Public Schools desire to begin school under a regular setting. However, we have been asked by our Governor to plan for different potential starts to the school year and we have also been asked by the Kentucky Department of Education to consider different ways to deliver instruction regardless of the start date. The options are as follows: traditional in-person instruction, virtual instruction, or a hybrid model that would be a combination of in person and virtual. Finally, we've been asked to prepare for the possibility of having students attend on a variable schedule meaning not all students would attend at the same time.
To help us prepare for a variety of scenarios, we are asking for your feedback. Please take a few minutes to think about the questions below and provide us with your thoughtful responses. Once we have your feedback, we can best plan for a variety of options. Please limit responses to one per household. The data obtained from this survey is confidential and will only be shared with appropriate district personnel.
Thank You,
Dr. Harry Burchett
Superintendent, Harrison County Public Schools
