Out of the Enchanting Forest
Winter is finally over and Spring has arrived! The sun is shining, and hey! You can see grass again instead of endless fields of snow. What better time to go on a hike through Algonquin Park with your friends? You’ve double checked your pack and have snacks, water, a fully charged phone and plenty of sunscreen. Time to experience the beauty of nature!

As you and your friends hike the trail, you stop to take pictures of the beautiful scenery around you. Suddenly you realize that just off the path there’s a majestic moose, calmly chewing on grass. You go quiet, not wanting to disturb it. You don’t want it to run away or to notice you. Moose are really, really big. It’s taller than you are! As it walks away you slowly follow, taking a video of it for TikTok. You try to get a little closer and CRACK! You step on a branch. The moose’s head swings up and you freeze. But it’s too late. The moose has spotted you, and it’s not happy. With a snort, it lowers its head and charges.

Barely taking time to stuff your phone into your pocket, you run. Your backpack snags on something and you scramble out of it, not wanting to stop. It’s a few minutes before you realize the moose is no longer behind you - maybe it found something else to go after. But you also have no idea where you are. In your panic, you’ve lost the hiking trail, your supplies and lost your way. What to do now?
You take out your cell phone to try and pull up Google Maps but there’s no clear phone signal. You know there are 6 cell towers around Algonquin Park arranged in a triangle numbering from 1-6. You can see the top of one of the towers not too far away so you make your way over in search of a phone signal, a map, a radio, or even some supplies to help you reunite with your group. You arrive at the cell tower but the door is locked by a keypad and there seems to be a riddle and image posted beside the keypad:
What three numbers between 1-6 would you have to put on the three triangle corners so that each side of the triangle can add up to 10? Each number between 1 to 6 can only be used once and each circle needs a number.
Type in the 3 number PIN in ascending order to unlock the door. *
