 I have decided to participate in VALHALL closed Alpha tests in which I will receive access to ("VALHALL closed Alpha tests") from Blackrose Arts ("company"). Any kind of VALHALL closed Alpha tests content will not be shared with any third party except other VALHALL сlosed Alpha tests participants and the company in the corresponding Discord channels. I will not upload videos, or images of any kind of the VALHALL closed Alpha tests content, stream or share any screenshots or videos of my experience. I agree that I can't discuss information about the VALHALL closed Alpha tests with anyone or anywhere other than with/in the other participants of VALHALL closed Alpha tests and Blackrose Arts in the corresponding Discord channel. In case of disclosure:- I will be banned within all VALHALL resources on Steam,- the key to my copy of the game will be cancelled without refund;- the refunds for Perk will be unavailable as well as the transfer of its contents to other accounts;- the access of your accounts to other resources relating to VALHALL (including Discord) will also be terminated.Also, I agree that any violation or threatened violation of this statement may cause irreparable injury to the company, entitling the company to seek injunctive relief in addition to all other legal remedies. I undertake to indemnify any loss or damage arising from the unauthorized disclosure of any VALHALL Alpha closed tests content by me and from all actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs arising as a result of any breach of this statement by me.
