Thank you for joining Sierra Service Project for our return to in-person service next summer! We look forward to working with you on home repairs so residents can safely age in place, and volunteers can grow in service learning.

This form will be active for our 2022 summer priority registration period, October 1-31, 2021. If you are registering multiple groups to participate, please complete the form once for each group (ex: separate middle and high school youth groups).

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IN DETAIL:

1) The information collected in this form will be used to help create SSP's summer 2022 program schedule in early November. We cannot guarantee a specific program type will be held at any particular location or during a specific week, but will do our best to make sure all registered groups and individuals can be placed in one of their top choices. You will be notified if we have any difficulty doing so, to ensure you are placed in a session that works for you.

2) By completing this form, you agree your participants will abide by SSP's Safe Community Policy (bit.ly/SSPsafecommunity), as well as SSP's safety requirements for COVID-19. SSP reserves the right to change our program details and participant requirements as necessary to abide by CDC and local safety regulations, and ensure a safe environment to protect our volunteers, staff, and partner communities.

3) By completing this form, you are agreeing on behalf of your group, or yourself (individual registrants), to be accountable for a deposit of $60 per person registered as of November 1, due by the end of November 2021 (credits may be used). If you complete this form and wish to make a change to the registration details prior to November 1, you may edit your submission directly, or contact Info@SierraServiceProject.org.
