Genesis Sport & Aquatics (GSA) offers a free collection program to children in Genesis Christian College's Little Genesis, Kindy, Prep, and Year 1 classes. This pickup program is designed only for the GSA Gym and GSA Tennis classes.
This form will need to be completed for each term. By completing this form, the parent/guardian agrees to the child being collected from class and taken to GSA, the child must be collected from GSA at the end of their class. It is the parents/guardians' responsibility to inform GSA via email of any changes to the collection of any child.
One form will need to be completed for each child for each sport.
PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY COLLECT FOR CLASSES THAT COMMENCE AT 3.00pm.
