MCA New Student Application 2024-2025
Please fill out a separate form for each student you plan to enroll. 

Once your application has been received, the an MCA admissions officer will reach out to you to set up a personal education planning meeting with your family.

Enrollment Process

Phase 1:
  1.         Complete New Student Application for Admission (online)
  2.         Schedule and attend personal education conversation meeting with the principal
  3.         Submit Request for Student Records Form (Grades 1-11) OR Early Childhood Screening results (K)

Phase 2:
  1. Pay "Save My Seat" fee ($150 by February 1, +$50 each month thereafter up to cap of $250 per student for new families) (Please make check payable to Minnetonka Christian Academy or pay online)
  2. Fill out online financial scholarship form (if applying for aid)
  3. All documents due before first day of school:
Doctor Health Examination form (for K, 5th & 7th grades) to be completed by physician
Copy of Birth Certificate or proof of age
Copy of Immunization Records
Copy of Health Insurance card
