Once your application has been received, the an MCA admissions officer will reach out to you to set up a personal education planning meeting with your family.
Enrollment Process
Phase 1:
- Complete New Student Application for Admission (online)
- Schedule and attend personal education conversation meeting with the principal
- Submit Request for Student Records Form (Grades 1-11) OR Early Childhood Screening results (K)
Phase 2:
- Pay "Save My Seat" fee ($150 by February 1, +$50 each month thereafter up to cap of $250 per student for new families) (Please make check payable to Minnetonka Christian Academy or pay online)
- Fill out online financial scholarship form (if applying for aid)
- All documents due before first day of school:
Doctor Health Examination form (for K, 5th & 7th grades) to be completed by physician
Copy of Birth Certificate or proof of age
Copy of Immunization Records
Copy of Health Insurance card
