WAIVER OF LIABILITY
re:  Covid-19/Coronavirus

I agree that I (or my legal guardian if I am under the age of 18) am aware of the risk of possible exposure to COVID-19/Coronavirus associated with entering the premises of The Indian Harbor Yacht Club, Inc. at 710 Steamboat Road, Greenwich, Connecticut (“IHYC”).  IHYC, including its members, employees, officers, and agents (“Releasees”) make no representations about the conditions of IHYC property or the possible presence of COVID-19/Coronavirus.  I agree to assume all of the inherent risks in order to enter upon IHYC property during the COVID-19/Coronavirus situation and any injuries resulting from the same.  In consideration of being granted the right to access IHYC, I hereby agree to hold harmless and release the Releasees from any and all claims, actions, complaints, or the like related to the inherent risk of any actual or possible exposure to COVID-19/Coronavirus at IHYC.
