Position Summary
Looking for Process associates and Process Analyst – Fresher who are responsible for
improvingprocesses and work under the supervision of a Team manager
Primary Responsibilities
- Work profile would be for Finance & Accounts related process.
- All processes are non-voice and back end operations.
Employee will be interacting only with clients and not with customers.
- Working on web-based applications
- Viewing and capturing details on system
- Using computers and internet extensively
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Are good team players, independent, meticulous, pro-active, attentive to
details, self-motivated and able to adapt in new challenges
- Resolve all vendor queries and requests coming via e-mails / Tickets within the agreed SLA
- Viewing and capturing details on system
Skills and Competencies
- Candidate should be any Graduate or a Post Graduate.
- Good academic record (50% or above).
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written).
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge in insurance or finance
- Willingness to work in any shift as below
- 6.00 am to 2.45 pm
- 3.00 pm to 11.45 pm
- 9.00 pm to 5.45 am
- 6.00 pm to 3.00 am
Minimum Qualifications
Qualification:
- UG- BBM, BBA, BA, B.Com, B.Sc Maths etc (All UG courses except computer science courses)
- PG- M.Com, MBA, M.Sc Maths, MA only.
- Any of the above mentioned degree with 50% aggregate and no active backlogs (2019, 2020, 2021 &
2022 pass outs- who havecompleted their exams)
Other Terms
- Candidate should be willing to relocate to Bangalore
- Willing to work in Night shifts
