Please only use this form if the following;
1. All order/s must be placed under the same account or same name/address/contact details on www.kpopbazaar.com.au 
2. You may edit your form response as many times as you want.  Please note, that if 4 weeks have passed since your 1st order has arrived to Australia, we will dispatch that earliest order before the combined domestic shipping.  
3. Emails will be sent for each order arrival.
