Kickapoo Color Guard Tryouts
We are looking forward to an amazing season and having you as a part of our guard family!

All students that are interested in trying out for the 2021/22 season of the Kickapoo High School Color Guard, should complete this google form prior to our audition clinics.

Another component of your "application" process will be to complete the AUDITION/PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT FORM.  This form is available in the Kickapoo Color Guard Tryout Information packet at your school's main office.  Please complete the form and return to Mrs. Peterson at Kickapoo at either the Try-it-Out Clinic on April 29th OR the first day of Audition Clinics on May 4.

TEACHER EVALUATIONS: A digital teacher evaluation form will be given to your teachers from the current school year to assess your participation in the classroom.  Select 5 teachers to complete a recommendation for you.  You should select current teachers.  If you are a Kickapoo student, list your four current teachers and select one teacher from 1st semester.  Please list teacher last name and subject area below. *

Please list any conflicts that may arise over the summer or fall performance season - current scheduled family vacations or family events, celebrations (wedding/ family reunions etc), or summer camps you’ve already paid fees to attend, please indicate the dates  and event below. If you don’t have any potential conflicts, please write none. *

I understand that I will need to follow all SPS Covid-19 precautions and protocols for the audition clinic and auditions.  I understand that I will need to wear a mask and bring my own water bottle. *
