Event/Fundraising Request Form
All events and fundraiser requests must be submitted to the Parish Office and approved by Msgr. Ross Shecterle. Approval is for the dates indicated only. "Fundraising" includes any activity that asks for money or goods. Please complete and return this form to the Church Office at least 4 weeks prior to the activity and by the 1st Sunday of the Month. If you require use of specific parish space, school facilities, equipment, technology, etc. you may also need to complete a Room Set Up Request. Note: Even after an event or fundraiser is approved, modifications may be made by parish leadership based on space and staff resources.  Approval is not a guarantee of the requestor's detailed preferences.
