2024 Volunteer Coordinator Applications 
We are seeking volunteer Coordinators (4 positions)  for the upcoming Ballpark Series. Expectation is to be available for every event and commit to 2-4 hours each week for team meetings and planning emails. These are stipend positions.

Recruits and communicates with volunteers

Creates a volunteer schedule for event days

Is the point-person for all volunteer related issues/inquiries

Track volunteer hours

Manage tickets at front gate / Point of Sale -POS

Food and Beverage Coordinator [Expected but not limited to]

Ensures food and beverage items are stocked 5 days prior to events

Communicates with food and beverage vendors and places orders

Manage bar concessions day of 

Modify and maintain POS

Merchandise Coordinator [Expected but not limited to]

Keeps accurate inventory of all merchandise (Sullivan Field, The Hub, and Lewandoski’s)

Evolves branding

Orders merchandise

Manage merch table day of/ Point of Sale -POS

Social Media/ Photography and Videography Coordinator [Expected but not limited to]

Manages social media accounts - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok - adhere to TBD post schedule

Capture/edit pictures and videos during events

Organizes promos for social media, website, and PR opportunities
