We plan our numbers based on the previous year's estimated results; 2021 was our record year with 7,000 attendees and 2022 was the 2nd largest attendance with 5,000.

About Festival

The Evansville Food Truck Festival is organized by EvansvilleEvents.com and is the first food truck themed festival in the Greater Evansville Area, founded in 2017. The festival has served over 27,000 attendees and is currently held at iconic Bosse Field. As of 2023, the festival has raised over $22,000 for local charities to date.
In 2021, we welcomed nearly 7,000 people traveling from 21 surrounding states. The food/beverage average wait times were 30-45 minutes. We are expanding outside of the stadium to accommodate large food trailers and offer the attendees more activities for families.

The festival includes a world-class music festival with local, regional musical acts with stage and shaded audience seating.

$175 - Tent Vendor [non-food] - includes a 10x10 space inside the infield (add $50 for additional 10 feet)

3 LEFT - $175 – Food Truck Outfield Location - includes up to 25 feet in the outfield area of the field (add $50 for each additional 10 feet) generators allowed.

SOLD OUT - $200 – Food Truck Infield Location - includes up to 25 feet in the infield area of the field (add $50 for additional 10 feet), No electric promised this year, generators allowed. Must accept limited festival vouchers that payout at $4 (expect between 50 to 100 - $5 vouchers)

1 LEFT - +$400 - Radio Add On - Includes a mention in every radio spot with over 100,000 impressions.

3 LEFT - +$500 - Tasty Tuesday Add On - Includes 1 of 6 featured spots on 25 News' Tasty Tuesday with talent Ron Rhodes
