Use the cancellation warranty at GoBoat
For those who have included the cancellation warranty in their booking and need to use it.

You can get a full refund or exchange your booking for a voucher equivalent to the full amount of your booking. This can be done up to 4 hours before departure free of any charge if you have the cancellation warranty. If the request is made less than 4 hours prior to departure we unfortunately cannot offer you a voucher or any refund.

Once you have filled out and submitted the form, we'll handle it within one workday.  If the conditions are met, you will get the money back - paid to the same credit card as used for purchase. If you choose a voucher, it can be used for 3 years from the date of issue. It can be passed on to others as gift as well. Please check your spam folder for our reply

Please note that the cost of the cancellation insurance itself is non-refundable. Remember that every boat you book must have a cancellation warranty . If you have booked 3 boats, but only 1 cancellation warranty, you will receive a refund or credit for one boat.
