Thank you for applying to be either on our High School or College Leadership Team at the Young Women Who Lead Ydennek for Girls, Leadership Program.

The Young Women  Who Lead - LEADERSHIP Program is a unique, intensive, and highly interactive experience that has served as a catalyst for profound young women mentorship & leadership transformations in the community, schools, and organization of all sizes. We are excited about the 2019 Program.

Participants of the program must be willing to volunteer and mentor Elementary and Middle School aged students. All program participants will experience the following.
Project Based Learning - Learn Leadership through Real World Projects / Collaboration - Learn how to work together and practice conflict resolution / Sisterhood - Join our diverse and supportive #bosssquad, stay connected with Ydennek after the program and grow your network /  College - Career Readiness , Interview, Network , and Job Search Skills. Career- Mentor Pairing,  Empowerment - Learn self-worth, confidence, and how to grow in her female skin. Volunteer Hours for high school and college.
