Please note: Closer to the event we will ask for your availability so as not to schedule for shifts conflicting with any events you wish to attend or outside responsibilities you may have. Complimentary badges are gifted to those who volunteer 18 hours or more.

Zoom Trainings *

All volunteers must attend one of the Zoom trainings listed below. If neither of those dates works for you, we will work with you to ensure you receive your training.

Training helps ensure that all volunteers understand responsibilities and the culture of The Bodhana Group and Save Against Fear. This helps us to keep our event safe for all participants.

Volunteering for Set-Up *

Set-Up will occur from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 9, 2023. Please let us know when you think you might be to assist if you are inclined to help set-up.

Tear Down *

All volunteers are needed for tear-down. This begins at 6:00 p.m. and lasts 2-3 hours.
