Most Beneficial Feedback
The judges are in competition to see who can create the most beneficial feedback throughout the portion. The judge with the most positive survey responses by the end of the portion will win a prize!
We define "beneficial feedback" as incorporating a balance of positive and negative comments on a work. Feedback should address the Event's Core Concepts and how these foundations of fiction work together to support the entry's idea. If a judge feels a Core Concept was less successful within a piece, they should explain why they feel this way. Judges are encouraged to point out areas for you to focus in your revision but should never tell you how they would rewrite your piece.
Please understand that each judge is assigned a new number for each Event. Judge 1 will not be the same person each week.
