Each year, the Fourth Street Festival of the Arts & Crafts provides space to Non Profit Arts
Organizations to promote and inform the public about their activities and to distribute promotional literature. Space is available to any nonprofit group devoted to an arts activity or discipline including public broadcasting, community arts centers and public or private school arts groups, bands and choruses.

The Festival will be held on Labor Day weekend, Saturday, August 30th from
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday, August 31st from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Set-up time begins Saturday at 8:00AM.

Organizations must apply and pay by July 28th to secure a booth spot.
Assignment is on a first come, first served basis to qualified organizations. Approximately 25 spaces are available and are subject to change based on closures or construction.
Digital payment at the end of this application is the only form of payment accepted now. We no longer accept payment by checks.
If your organization needs to withdraw from the festival, a refund of the $100 booth fee can be issued on or prior to August 11, 2025. However, if your organization gives notice any later than August 11, 2025 a refund can not be issued.
No sales are permitted of inventory, merchandise or literature.
Arts organizations are encouraged to sign up patrons for classes, activities and volunteer opportunities. Sales of performance tickets, arts classes or memberships are not permitted. All materials available to the public must be free and descriptive of your organization and its activities. Please regard your participation in the festival as information-giving rather than money making.
Arts exhibitors must provide their own tables, chairs, sunshades, tents and decor. The design of your space is up to you. Please consider that you are presenting your organization to the public and your display should be as informative, neat and attractive as possible.
Fourth Street Festival of the Arts and Crafts requires your booth to include a commercially manufactured 1O' x 1O' tent capable of withstanding 25 mph sustained winds and a 40 pound weight attached to each tent leg. Side flaps are also highly recommended. If you are purchasing a new tent, we prefer that it be white.
Electricity is not provided at the Festival.
The use of recorded music is only permitted between live performances at the nearby music stage and as long as it does not interfere with neighboring booths.
All booths are expected to remain up for the duration of the Festival, weather permitting. If weather becomes threatening to safety, please zip up all of the walls to your tent and secure your paper products with water proofing before proceeding to the Monroe County Public Library for shelter or a location of your choosing that fits your needs.
