Residential Learning Community (RLC) Application
The San Marcos Experience (SME) program is for students interested in getting involved in campus and civic engagement opportunities and becoming leaders at CSUSM.

Conditions:
1. Students must be provisionally admitted to CSUSM for Fall 2020 and paid the enrollment deposit.

2. Apply to live at either the UVA or the QUAD for the 2020-2021 academic year  

*Due to enrollment restrictions, students in the following programs are not eligible to be in SME: Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP), TRIO/Student Support Services, and Student Athletes. Students taking Summer Early Start Courses ESM 111/ ESW 120. Students in these programs are required to take courses that overlap with those offered for SME.

Important Dates:
Priority Deadline: May 1, 2020
Final Deadline: June 1, 2020
MANDATORY RLC Orientation: Thursday, July 9. More details to come regarding specifics of that online Orientation. In the meantime, please sign up for another date, to ensure that you have an Orientation spot reserved.
