Once your response is processed, an account on Apotheo (the Nutrition Coaching platform) will be created for you. Once your payment is accepted it will prompt you through a more in depth questionnaire about your previous nutrition, activity and health information and will have you enter starting measurements and progress photos. We will kick-off on January 21 and begin officially on January 24. We will go 6 weeks and wrap up on March 7, 2022! Can't wait to start working with you all! The kickstarter is $165 for the 6 weeks.
