The Chinese Friendship Association of Portland (CFAP) is a non-profit organization with 27 years of history.  Currently, CFAP is awarded by the Oregon Health Authority as a Community Based Organization to do community outreach and education as well as helping those in need during the hard times of Covid-19.

Get active and learn a new sport over winter break! Learn the basics of Taekwondo with second degree black belt and instructor Alicia Li in CFAP's "Introduction to Taekwondo" course. There is absolutely no martial arts experience needed, just show up with a relatively empty space to exercise in, comfortable clothing to exercise in, and lots of energy! Be ready to have your cameras and microphones on so we can see your kicks and hear your yells. If you attend all or most of the sessions, we will send you a wood board for you to break all by yourself!

Age:
All ages are welcome, but the sessions will be most appropriate for elementary school aged children.

All sessions will take place on Zoom. We will send the log-in information to the email you provide in this form.

All sessions will be be taught in English.
