Youth Stage Application

The Youth Stage is a venue where youth and adult entertainers can showcase their talents at the Fair with performances geared toward all ages. We hope every act strives to uphold the Oregon Country Fair’s objective, “to create events and experiences that nourish the spirit, explore living artfully and authentically on Earth, and transform culture in magical, joyous and healthy ways.”

Application Information and Requirements

If you are interested in performing at the Youth Stage, please fill out the application completely. We absolutely prefer electronic submissions but snail mail can also be sent to the Oregon Country Fair office if necessary. Submit promotional packages and CD/DVD with your application by mail and electronic press kits and links to your music online.

REQUIRED: Please email a photo of you/your act with a resolution of 200k, or 300 dpi or above, (All photos must meet this size requirement to publish. Please check and make sure your file size is big enough!) to ocfyouthstage@gmail.com All submissions become property of the Oregon Country Fair.

Please do not call the office to confirm receipt of your application. For mailed applications, send via Certified Mail to receive a delivery confirmation.

••• Important Notice Regarding Fair 2023 •••
As of October 3rd, 2022 the Oregon Country Fair (OCF) will no longer require COVID-19 documentation in the form of a vaccination card. OCF will be following recommendations set forth by Lane County Public Health (LCPH) and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) in regards to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Requirements may be subject to change depending on LCPH and OHA recommendations.

We strongly encourage our community to continue taking safety precautions, like wearing a mask, getting vaccinated, and staying home if any sickness or symptoms arise.

Stage Requirements:Please keep in mind that we are one of the smallest stages at the Fair. The stage floor is approximately 10′x14′ in area. We do sound “reinforcement,” not full amplification. We have a small channel board, 2x15″; main speakers and limited monitors. Drummers should have good volume control; we prefer hot rods, brushes or some form of dampening. *
