Book Club Interest Form
Are you interested in joining a book club during DEN starting in January?  If so, fill out the following questionnaire.  There will be a limited number of students accepted.  If you are in DEN chorus, DEN jazz band reading remediation DEN or Math 180 DEN you are not eligible to participate.  You should enjoy reading and talking about reading.  Behavior issues will not be tolerated.
