The Aspire program is here to help connect you with a mentor/mentee. Together, you'll meet, collaborate, and grow as you work towards achieving a specific goal.

We're shifting to shorter parings (two months) - with more opportunities to work on specific projects, issues, and growth!

This means that mentees will be required to have a specific goal, project, or outcome (there are a few suggestions on this form) that they expect to achieve over the course of two months.

Mentors - you'll review these outcomes and select a mentee that you're excited to work with! You'll apply via this form now and then we'll ask you to identify mentees you can help with the week of February 8, 2021.

The Aspire Progam Managers will then finalize and announce pairings.

In order to apply, we recommend that you can commit 4 hours over the course of 2 months and have a specific idea of what you'd like guidance on.
