Mt. Washington Farmers Market Application 2024
This application form will be used to evaluate and select vendors by the Mt. Washington Farmers Market (MWFM) Planning Team.  You have the option to apply for the Spring/Summer market season (April 7- November 24, 2024).  You also have the option to apply for the full year (including the winter season, from December 1- April 6, 2025).  Please complete all information requested, as we will also use the details provided to submit a list of all selected vendors in our farmers market application to Baltimore City.  The submission deadline is March 18, 2024. Do you have an approved Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Plan? 
The MWFM has a central focus on providing local, sustainably grown, raised, and or produced products. All products provided at the market should be made/grown/raised in accordance with biodynamic, pesticide-free, regenerative, ethically-sourced, humane, pasture raised/free range, antibiotic and hormone-free, Integrated Pest Management practices to the extent possible. While we do not require a USDA Organic Certification we strongly encourage following similar practices. We also encourage social initiatives that seek to support and empower local communities in our area. We ask that each vendor explains how their products reflect the above stated criteria in the space below.
