1. The symposium is designed for 6 CPD hours for full-day attendance.

2. Attendance certificate will be issued after the event.

3. Reg. fee includes The SOEHK Annual Symposium 2023 welcome pack. Lunch is not included.

Cancellation Policy 取消條款 *
For cancellation, please notify SOEHK by sending email to symposium@soe.org.hk and provide such information as the names of the participant[s] and the cancellation item[s] (e.g. the amount of Reg. fee that you have selected and paid). 50% of the registration fee will be refunded upon written confirmation of cancellation received on or before 10th April, 2023. Refunds will only be made within 30 days after the completion of the event. In the event of late cancellation [after 10th April, 2023] or no-show, request of refund will not be entertained. Refunds will only be arranged after the completion of the event. Further notice to be advised to attendees. 如需取消報名 ，請電郵到 symposium@soe.org.hk 通知營運工程師學會(香港分會)並提供取消參加人士的姓名和相關項目 (例如：所繳付選取的報名金額)。在 2023年 4月 10日 或 之前收到書面取消通知 ，可在活動完畢後的 30天內退還 50%的報名費 。在 2023年 4月 10日之後 通知取消 ，或於活動當日缺席等， 均不予退款 。
