I (Vendor) agree to participate in EAAM’s Baptisttown Cultural Festival Friday, July 16 from 11a-6p. Vendor accepts full responsibility for the quality of any and all goods and/or services. I further  understand I must provide table, chairs, etc. I understand that EAAM will decide placement of all Vendors, and agree to arrive for set up an hour before; and to breakdown no later than ½ hour after event has concluded.  Do you agree? *
