Please read below for the general process the the commission, and my policies before continuing on!

MY PROCESS:
when commissioning me, I generally follow a schedule of payment at different stages. this goes as--

Initial sketches

Inks :PAYMENT DUE
Flat colors: LAST CHANCE FOR REVISIONS
Shading
Finish


REVISIONS:
Because of the time consuming nature of revisions beyond the sketch phase, I ask that they stop at the flat color phase. I will always send WIP's of the artwork throughout the process, but there is a certain point where it becomes increasingly difficult to undo work. Be sure to provide proper references when commissioning me, and also leave notes in case a reference has incorrect information. As such, each and any revisions beyond the second will incur a $40 fee.

If at any point during the commission you are unsatisfied and wish to cancel beyond the sketch phase, there will be a kill fee equal to half of the total of the commission price.

DEADLINES:
I though generally try to finish single illustration commissions within a week, please allow me a one month deadline for every piece commissioned. If there are any delays on my end, I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission. If there has been little or no progress on your commission after the deadline, I will contact you to discuss whether to continue the commission. during such an event, you will not be charged a kill fee.

The Deadline for comics varies on the size of the comic, the detail, and whether it is in color. Comic commissions can take up to a 2 years to complete, and at minimum 1-3 months from the development of the script(if one is not provided previously)
to doing the final colors.

Please be aware that my schedule is not always open. I generally keep my commissioners appraised of my progress on their commission, and give projected times for the WIP's and the finished product that best fits my schedule.



POSTING:
I reserve the right to repost any created artwork to my Patreon gallery. Any artwork I create for you can be reposted to your own personal galleries as well.
If you use my artwork for other purposes, be sure to credit me/discuss it with me beforehand.

Be sure to look through my gallery to see what I normally draw to get a feel for my comfort zone.

Lastly, I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason.
Cancelled commissions on my part at the inks phase and earlier will be fully refunded.
If a commission is canceled by me after the inks phase, a partial refund of at least %50 of the initial price will be refunded, depending on the point of the commission's progress.
