To register in a workshop (for yourself or someone else) please fill out this form and then we will contact you via the email address you provided to confirm your registration and give you payment instructions. Registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Thank you!

If you want to register in the same workshop multiple times the registration fee will be reduced for the second occurrence.
