學校需於比賽日前四個工作天前提交一名陪同者姓名（必須為全職教職員或已成功申請「非本校教職員領隊」之人士），未有事先登記者，不予進內。

Participating Schools will be required to register one individual as “Team Manager” 4 days before the scheduled competition. The Team Manager must be a full time staff at respective school or a registered non-staff member. Non registered personnel will not be permitted to enter the competition venue.
