Exhibition Registration Procedure

  1. Submission of Application: Applicants must accurately complete and submit the provided application form, ensuring all required details have been included. Please be aware that the application deadline is set for 30th April 2024.

  2. Confirmation of Submission: After submitting the form, applicants should patiently await an official confirmation email from the event organizers, indicating successful registration.

  3. Receipt and Completion of Contract and Invoice: Upon receiving the official contract and invoice from the event administrators, applicants are obligated to fill in the document in its entirety and in good faith.

  4. Submission of Contract and Payment: The completed contract must be returned to info@jsc.co.jp. Applicants are required to submit their initial deposit or full payment (as stipulated in the Invoice) concurrently with the contract.

  5. Securing Placement: Upon receipt of the contract and the corresponding payment, the event organizers will secure and confirm the applicant's position at the exhibition.

  6. Invoice Fulfilment: After the invoice has been issued, any remaining payments must be completed prior to the discount deadline. Compliance with this deadline is necessary to avail any applicable discounts.

Booth Allocation Rules and Pricing Information

Booth Options:

1. Standard Booth (9 sqm - 3m x 3m): USD 1700

* Needle punched carpet: 9 Sqm
* System structure: 3.0mW x 3.0mD + Wall panels : H2.50m
* Printed Name Sign: 3mLx0.5mH
* Spotlight x 3

*Table 1.5m L + 2 Chairs

Special request of 2 side open coorner with additional fee of USD 700.

2. Custom Booth Raw Space: Starting at 36 sqm - USD 160 per sqm

3. Exhibitors interested in custom booths larger than 54 sqm have the option to design a four-sided open booth. An additional fee of USD 2500 will be applied for this custom arrangement.

4. Exhibitors in the c are subject to an additional charge of 10,000 THB for every 9 sqm booth space, as imposed by the venue.

Please Note:

* Prices do not include VAT.

* An additional withholding tax may be applied for Thailand-based companies.

Booth Selection Process:

* Custom booths larger than 36 sqm are prioritized for peak location selection.

* Standard 3x3 booths are limited to one open side. * After larger booths have selected, remaining peak locations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

***The organizer maintains the right to modify the stage layout and overall floor plan.

VIP Zone (Purple - S):

Reserved for sponsors and exhibitors with booths larger than 72 sqm.Exhibitors in this zone can opt for a four-sided open booth with an additional fee.Priority selection for booth placement within this area.

Figures & Models Zone (Orange - A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H):

Dedicated to figures, statues, modeling kits, and art/designer toys.Prime location for high visibility of detailed and artistic exhibits.

Collectibles & Merchandise Zone (Yellow - I, J, K):

Tailored for collectible toys, blind boxes, general merchandise, and computer/mobile gaming exhibitors.A zone that encourages diverse product engagement and interactive experiences.

Interactive & Play Zone (Red - L, Q, R, U):

Focuses on board games and collectible card games.Designed for active participation and demonstrations.

Cosplay & Creative Hub Zone (Pink - M, N, O) and Individual Artist Tables (Blue - T):

Pink Zone is dedicated to cosplay enthusiasts and the broader creative community. It's not just a hub for cosplay-related products and accessories; this area welcomes a diverse array of artists and creators, including illustrators, designers, printers, and craftspeople. This zone offers a dynamic platform for showcasing a wide range of artistic talents and hard crafts, fostering a thriving network of creativity and collaboration.

Food & Beverage Zone (Green - P):

An exclusive area for food and beverage offerings, providing a break space for attendees.

Flexibility for Figures & Models Exhibitors:

If the orange zone is fully booked or if an exhibitor requires more space (over 54 sqm), the organizer will accommodate needs in other zones when possible.

Standard Booth:

For a 3x3 meter Stand booth, you will receive 3 exhibitor badges.

Raw Space:

For booth sizes between 36 sqm, you will receive 12 exhibitor badges. For every additional 9 sqm of booth space, you will receive an additional 3 exhibitor badges.

Please note that the number of exhibitor badges cannot exceed the corresponding number based on the size of the booth area.

Additionally, there is an extra fee of USD 30 per badge (2 Days) for any additional exhibitor badges required.

Applicants must carefully review the provided manual, which details the application procedure, rules for participation, and information on what can be exhibited and sold under this license.

Applicants interested in the One-Day Licensing Application must settle their booth or table fees in full within 15 days of receiving the invoice. The deadline for the One-Day Licensing Application is March 30; all payments must be completed by this date.

By submitting this application, you, the undersigned applicant (the "Exhibitor"), hereby represent and warrant that you have carefully read, understood, and fully agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions, Rules and Regulations, Privacy Policy, and Exhibitor Conduct Policy (collectively, the "Event Policies") of Wonder Festival Bangkok (the "Event"), as organized by JSC Company Limited (the "Organizer").

Please note, all invoices for booth or table fees will be issued by JSC Co., Ltd. Payment for these invoices should be made directly to our authorized payment agent, 3C Electronic Limited, as per the payment instructions provided with your invoice.

You affirm that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement, and the performance of the obligations under this Agreement does not, to your knowledge, conflict with or violate any law, regulation, or contractual commitment.

You further agree that submission of this application constitutes a legally binding commitment to participate in the Event and comply with all Event Policies. Non-compliance with the Event Policies may result in immediate termination of this Agreement and removal from the Event, with no obligation on the part of the Organizer to refund any fees paid.

You understand and agree that the Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event Policies at any time, and such changes will be communicated to you in writing. Continued participation in the Event following receipt of notice of any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policies.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the manner set forth in the Event Policies.
