St.James’ Settlement X YPG present: Communicate with the Young Old
The Young Planners Group (YPG) is delighted to have Ms. Venus Lo , social worker from St. James’ Settlement Continuing Care Wan Chai District Elderly Community Centre, to deliver a talk to our members to facilitate exchange of knowledge and skills  in communicating with the young old or elderly .

In this sharing session, Venus will share effective  skills to communicate with  the young old and ways to extract information or thoughts from them during conversation, which will be valuable for planners in holding planning workshops and community engagement. Don’t miss this opportunity to meet and learn some tips from Venus!
