I hope you are doing well. It is time to schedule our one-on-one core call meeting. As you already know, this task must be completed every month so that I could get the most recent update on your club. This is so that I could gain a better understanding of your club's condition in order to assist you guys in reaching your goals.

Core calls will take place during the second week of every month, from Friday to Sunday. Please select the most appropriate date and time for the core call with any personal plans in mind. In addition, it is your responsibility to give me an early notice if you are unable to make it to any of the core calls for that specific month.

Deadline to schedule core call: 5th of every month at 11:59 P.M.
