We offer RT-PCR test for covid 19 with a 2 hour turnaround timeframe. Perfect for last minute travel requirement. RT-PCR is gold standard and is accepted by most countries for entry.

Our address is 10970 Shadow Creek Pkwy, Suite 120, Pearland, TX 77584. The tests are done outside the medical office building inside your car. Drive up to the front awning and call us at 713 436 4566 when you get there.

This form is only an appointment booking request.  If you are not already in our system, there will be a link displayed to our secured portal to enter your demographic information. Please complete the demographic information form. If you are an android user, the link may not work on your android phone - you have to use a different phone or a tablet or a computer to fill out your demographic information. If you have trouble with filling out the demographic information, call us at 713 436 4566 (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm) and our staff can assist you on the phone. Please acknowledge that you understand that the test is only confirmed after our staff finalize the booking. If a desired time slot you picked is not available, we will do our best to accommodate your needs if we are able to. *
