Please complete this form to register your organization to host a table during the GIVE Gathering volunteer fair on Thursday, Sept. 30, 2021 from 6pm-8pm at Eden Prairie's Central Middle School. Applications are due by Wednesday, Sept. 15. The information below will be used to reserve your free table and portions may be used in the event program and website. The focus of this event is on nonprofits with a charitable mission to improve life in Eden Prairie; it is not suited well for participation by the faith community. Civic organizations with paid membership may participate, but only if they have at least one volunteer or engagement opportunity that does not require membership.

-Limited electrical outlets are available. Please let Mark Weber know if you need access. Bring your own cords.
-If bringing food, it must be individually packaged. Promotion items/trinkets are encouraged!
