Thank you for your interest in this special SOCEM workshop. We hope you will find it encouraging and useful to your ESL ministry experience! This workshop is offered in both in-person and online formats. It is FREE for in-person attendance, and $8 for online participants.

Information for payment (FOR ONLINE PARTICIPANTS ONLY)

After you submit this form, please proceed to complete your registration by submitting your registration fee by e-transfer.

Here's the information to send the e-transfer (please note, when you submit this form, you'll get a copy of it emailed to you and this info will be in that email for you to refer to):

1. Log into your bank account online through your bank's website.

2. Go to Interac e-transfer (may be slightly different wording in your bank)

3. You will be asked for:
- RECIPIENT NAME – Click NEW RECIPIENT (The name of the New Recipient is "ESL")
- FROM WHICH ACCOUNT – Choose the account you'd like to pay from
- AMOUNT - $8.00
- EMAIL ADDRESS: mhogan1782@gmail.com
- Click SEND
*Note: If someone other than you is making the e-transfer, please have them put your name under MESSAGE.

4. You will receive a confirmation number from your bank and we will receive a confirmation number when the money is deposited. You have now completed your registration!

NB: You will be admitted to the webinar only if you have completed the registration form and payment.
