In order to provide the safest and best possible transportation experience upon our return to face-to-face instruction, we are requesting that families indicate their interest in utilizing bus transportation this year (beginning in October 2020).

Families only need to complete this form if their child will utilize transportation this school year. Please complete one form for each of your children. Personal transportation is recommended to reduce overcrowding.  Routes will be constantly evaluated and adjusted based on participation.

If your child will not ride the bus, please disregard this survey. If you are a Clarkston Virtual family who expects to return in January 2021, we will distribute a new survey at the end of the year when we reevaluate our routes. Please do not complete this form at this time.
