A core tenet of our work is that no single person has all of the answers. It is by bringing together people from a range of backgrounds that we can start to see the bigger picture and imagine solutions to the problems that we come across.

This is a competitive process, so do not feel that you need to be overly modest or concise. Remember that these applications will be read by people that you may end up working with for a number of years. They want to know as much about you as possible, to help them understand the role you might play in strengthening the charity.
