The BUILD project is organising a free training session directed to procurement specialists and public buyers motivated in procuring innovations by seeking best practices and useful tools in procurement.
The training is built around best practices from various European countries. The best case practices topics range from mobility and digitalisation to innovative architecture, and more. Each case will set an example highlighting the procedure type, award criteria, benefits, learning and results.

What is Public Procurement of Innovation?
Innovative procurement means the procurement of new products or services using new procurement methods. Innovative procurement may involve piloting or developing a wholly new solution to the challenge at hand. It can improve the productivity, effectiveness, quality and sustainability of public services and at the same time speed up the development and competitiviness of businesses.
