Our mentorship program seeks to provide an opportunity for our educators of color to enhance their educational experience here at Virginia Commonwealth University.

By connecting our current educators with faculty and alumni within the School of Education, we hope to create relationships which successfully increases retention among our future educators.

Time Commitment: August 17, 2020 - April 30, 2021
1-1 meetings 1 or more times per month
Participate in MEC co-curricular programs
Attend training and kick-off virtual event
