Catalog UDF improvements feedback form
We did some improvements on User Defined Fields recently - based on user feedback from discovery calls and from the ideas submitted in the Community.
These changes were:
  • New UI for UDF management to improve the admin experience and make it more accessible
  • New date option HTML type and calendar to select from when answering
  • New select and date option HTML type
  • Changing the order of UDFs (move down, up, top or bottom)
  • HTML formatting of UDFs
Upcoming improvements (currently working on it):
  • Collecting UDFs on enrollment level 
Please make sure you check out these new features (all of them available in beta) and leave feedback if you will - you can also submit more improvement ideas for UDFs - please specify the use cases so we can provide the right solution!

How often do you make reports of the UDFs from Catalog Analytics and what insights do they provide to your institution?
Do you use the provided UDFs with any 3rd party tool (Mailchimp, Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc)? For what purposes?
