Remote Learning Registration
This form only needs to be completed if you are planning on having one or more of your children learn remotely. Please complete a separate form for EACH CHILD that will be participating in remote learning.
You do not have to choose the same option for all children in your family.
If you apply for remote learning, your child will only be able to return to in-person schooling at the start of a new marking period. The second marking period begins on November 16 and will be the first point of re-entry for remote students. Any request for re-entry into in-person schooling must be made in writing to the principal at least two weeks prior to the start of the marking period. (November 2, 2020).
THE DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR REMOTE LEARNING IN THE FIRST MARKING PERIOD IS 3:00 pm ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5.
