The Steubenville planning committee will be holding fundraising events to cover as many expenses as possible for the trip to the Steubenville conference. The expectation is that your student(s) will volunteer and participate in fundraising efforts in order to help cover the costs (food, lodging, transportation, registration, etc.) associated with attending the Steubenville conference. Fundraising efforts may include selling raffle tickets, helping with Lenten fish fries, helping with the Prince Bait brat sale, etc. We are asking for a $50 nonrefundable deposit to hold your student's spot and to demonstrate their commitment to helping with fundraising efforts. In 2021 we were able to raise enough funds to cover all expenses associated with attending the Steubenville conference. Fundraising opportunities will be emailed to parents and students and posted in the church bulletin. Please make your deposit by January 1st, 2022 to allow us to take advantage of early registration.
