You Must have a full body design and reference to commission a full body model. And at least a bust up design/ reference for bust up models.
I DO NOT do character design. If you do not have your own original character design, you must make your own or commission a character design elsewhere before commissioning me for a Live2D Model.
I Won't Do: Furry or Scaly designs(Animal Ears, horns and Tails are fine), Animal designs, Snouts, Paws/Claws, Animal Limbs or designs that break the base humanoid shape, Armour, Mecha, Muscles, Facial hair, Children, or NSFW (If you're unsure if I am able and willing to work with your design please contact me to discuss)
I will NOT accept Ai generated images as a reference. I do not wish to be associated with Ai generated images in any way. Anyone who submits a form using an Ai generated reference will be rejected and swiftly blocked.
Payment:
All payments are made upfront via PayPal invoice. By submitting a form you are in agreement that no chargebacks or refunds will be issued once I've begun the model art. Should there be an exception and a refund is issued at my discretion, the amount will be based on how far I've gotten into the art or rigging process.
All prices listed are in USD and are base prices. Price may increase depending on model complexity, this will be discussed before the invoice is sent.
All Model work and communication will take place within my working hours.
I work Thursday-Friday 3pm-11pm EST and Saturday-Sunday 1pm-9pm EST. If you message me about your commission outside of these hours, I will respond during my next working day.
Process:
1.Once you are scheduled for your commission you will be placed on my Trello where you can track the status of your commission. You must be able to work with me when your commission slot arrives. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your commission you must do so at least two weeks before your commissions starting date.
2.When your commission slot arrives I will send you the invoice for your commission. Once the invoice is paid in full I will begin working on your model.
3.Once the model art is completed I will supply you with the model art and any requested toggles for you to review. You may request up to 5 minor changes to the model art for free. Any large changes that are not due to an error on my part, or additional minor changes requested after the initial 5 will result a fee depending on complexity of the requested change. (Ex: of a large change would be if you sent the wrong reference and had me redo the entire outfit. I would charge you 25% of your base model cost. Which is half the cost of adding an alt outfit, since I would be drawing an entire second outfit but only rigging one.)
4.When the model art is approved I will begin rigging you model. Upon completion of your model I will send a showcase video via direct messages as well as your model files via e-mail for you to test and review. You may then request any minor rigging changes or adjustments. (i.e. add or remove certain physics, adjust animation speeds etc).
5. If any adjustments are requested and completed, the updated model files will then be delivered via email.
Important Notes :
- I can only guarantee your model and model expressions will work in Vtube Studios as it is the program I am most familiar with.
-If you fail to make a request for an add on during the consultation and model art stage I will NOT add it for you after the fact. Especially if it's something that would require additional payment and substantial additional work. Ex: You ask me to add a jacket to your model, but don't specify you'd like it to be a toggle and don't pay for a jacket toggle. And then after delivery ask me to set up a jacket toggle for you because you want to be able to remove it. This request would be denied.

You must credit me as your artist and rigger on social media and your streaming platform
You must contact me if you decide to sell or rehome your rigged model so I can keep track of who has ownership of my work.
You are not permitted to alter my work or to allow others to alter my work for any reason. Additionally you are NOT permitted to trace my work for any reason.
No person or company, including the commissioner, have any rights to mint or sell my work as NFTs or affiliate my work with NFTs in any way.
No individual, brand or company, including the commissioner, are permitted to affiliate my work with Artificial intelligence(AI) in any way. This includes using my art for the purpose of training any form of AI to create any form of art. Should the commissioner be involved with using Artificial intelligence to create products, even if they do not include my art, they will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
If you break my terms of service or terms of use at any time, you understand that you will be blacklisted and put on my no-commission list, you will forfeit all commercial rights to your model to me.
Additional Information
- Please note that while you can come back at a later date to request more toggles, expressions, outfits etc. be added to your model. I am not obligated to accept those commission requests. Small add on commissions will most likely be denied.
- A maximum of 4 total outfits or hair styles can be added to one model. If you commission a new outfit and have a lot of toggles, such as additional arms, that require new outfit parts and additional rigging a complexity fee will be charged.
- Please note: All specialty models plus the Itty Bitty, Mini and Cheeb models are made off of a base created by me. I will not change the base on request. This includes the body, head, and eye shape, size, or the way they are rendered. For example: If you asked for the head to be smaller, a shorter forehead, longer limbs, or eye changes such as adding pupils to the mini. Your request would be denied. You can however, request I remove things. Example: Asking me to remove the pupils on the cheeb model, get rid of limbs if your character is an amputee etc.
- Should you use the term "sunflower" in the discount code section of your request form. You will receive 5 % off your entire commission as a thank you for reading through the terms of service. Note this code changes monthly to ensure repeat customers are reading the tos every time and not missing any updated terms.
- Gremlin Models and all Specialty Models are YCH models made on bases I've pre-drawn, the pose, base, and rigging style cannot be changes upon request.
- You cannot change the model type you requested once your slot is confirmed. If you no longer want the model type you have submitted a form for, you must cancel your commission within the appropriate cancellation period (at least one week before your commission slot start date). You will then need to re-submit a form again when commission slots re-open. If you fail to inform me or to cancel in advance you will be put on my no-commission list.
- If you do not provide a full body reference, or if you provide mismatching references with no explanation your form may be discarded
- You must read and fill out your request form fully and properly or your form may be discarded.
- If you are not contacted with confirmation of your commission after submitting a request form, that means your commission was rejected. This could be for a number of reasons. You can DM me to ask why your commission was rejected. Often times it's due to demand and a tight schedule. In those cases you can always submit a new form when commissions re-open.
