This application is for part-time employment at Sportsman's, located at 111 N. Capitol Ave., Mt. Sterling, IL, as a shift bartender. This position will be for year-round employment in Sportsman's and/or seasonal (May-Oct) employment in the Hop Garden.

Job requirements include:
   - minimum age of 21
   - ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
   - ability to be on your feet for several hours
   - good customer service skills

Recommended abilities include:
   - flexible availability for work
   - ability to quickly perform simple math
   - basic knowledge concerning types of alcohol and bartending techniques

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
   - mixing / serving drinks to customers
   - stocking shelves and coolers
   - maintaining a working environment and customer space that is safe and clean
   - organizing and maintaining product inventory
   - ticket management utilizing POS systems
