This Youth Coaching Grant Scheme aims to support club volunteers in gaining a coaching accreditation that will permit them to coach underage teams. Funding is available for young people who wish to get involved in coaching within their club. The Youth Coaching grant aims to assist new and existing not-for-profit clubs in creating structures which provide long term development and benefits to the club.
Applicants must be between 16 - 25 years of age and their club must be affiliated to a National Governing Body.
This form must be completed in order for us to make a decision on whether or not we can support your request. Decisions will be made for each application at Clare LSP monthly team meeting, usually held on the first week of each month.

Clare LSP will consider applications based on the information provided in the application form and having regard to the number of applications received, and the financial resources available to us in respect of the scheme.
Priority will be given to supporting coaches for new initiatives that will result in increased participation, while local needs, circumstances and gaps, if any, will also be taken into account. Decisions will be made for each project at the monthly project team meeting, usually held on the first week of each month.
