Activity 1:  Analyze your Experience, Accomplishments, Achievements 

1. Think of your previous experiences (work, education...)

When using the table below to produce output statements, first think of who you talked to, then your skill used, and finally to achieve what?

2. In the text box below, write as many skill statements as you can.
3. Now try to quantify your achievements in the statements you developed above. 

Example:
•Interviewed over 3000 applicants
•Developed a standardized recruitment process that decreased the ratio of interviews done by each interviewer from 4 to 1.
