RFP - Presenters 2024

The Maryland State Family Child Care Association (MSFCCA) cordially invites experts in child care business operations and early child care and education to share their knowledge and insights at our 31st Annual MSFCCA Conference. This enriching event will take place on November 1 & 2, 2024, at the picturesque Merriweather Lakehouse Hotel in Columbia, Maryland. We are looking for dynamic presenters to lead interactive 2-hour workshops tailored to family child care providers, aligning with this year’s inspiring theme: “Child Care Advancement Network Building Educators (CCANBE).” This theme reflects our commitment through our program CCANBE to foster growth and innovation in our field.

Our Offer to You

As a token of our appreciation and in lieu of an honorarium, selected presenters will be provided with:

  • Complimentary single room accommodation at the Merriweather Lakehouse Hotel in Columbia, Maryland, for the night of their presentation.

We invite you to contribute to a program that is dedicated to addressing the pressing issues in early care and education through interactive and engaging sessions. Your workshop can focus on any of the following Core of Knowledge (COK) areas:

  • Tax Preparation
  • Contracts
  • Business Software
  • Any topics that support child care workforce advancement

Please express your interest by completing the Presenter Information Form by April 30, 2024. We will notify all applicants of our decisions by May 15, 2024.
